But after discovering the lack of affordable accessories out there, she tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit and launched Bijou in the fall of 2018. Bijou (French for jewel) began as an Instagram-only business for local shoppers but has since rapidly grown into an online shop that reaches customers nationwide.
