Fashion, retail, and helping our friends find just the right piece has always been a favorite pastime. Before Bijou, Cara worked in a family owned boutique in Dallas, where she learned the value of excellent customer service and being a part of your local community. Lily Kate later pursued a similar passion by earning her degree in Apparel Merchandising from Auburn University. Owning a boutique together was always something we talked about, and when the opportunity to purchase Bijou came along, it felt like the perfect fit.

While we're a small team, we're deeply involved in every part of the business. From sourcing new arrivals and creating content to packing orders and answering customer messages, we're the faces behind the scenes making it all happen.
